The house in which Elio Vittorini lived, a terrace railing building from the old Milan, protected by the fine arts, which overlooks a boathouse and in the heart of the canals. Inside, the courtyard space, chosen by Saverio's headquarters, became fully operational by May 2001. The two-floor hosted until recently a school for restoration of paintings and antique furniture. From here, he managed the image and the brand's communication.

"When I came for the first time to this place, I felt immediately at ease, - said Saverio - I knew it was exactly what I was looking for, there were the kids of the school of restoration with the white coats that were receiving class lessons.  It was like going back in time.  I was looking for a space to revive, which had a history and a soul but that needed new energy.  I want to make live this place throughout the year, not only for fashion, but for any other forms of expression, be it design, music, art and books. I will open the doors of my house to anyone who will have something interesting and creative to communicate".

The renovation project was entrusted to the architect Ferruccio Laviani, which he respected absolutely the place, while keeping intact the spirit laboratory workshop.
